All sales are final.

Digital Products

All eBooks, PDFs, audiobooks, and downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If a file does not work or fails to download, a replacement will be provided.

Printed Books

Printed books are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. To receive a replacement or refund, contact support within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect shipping address

• Shipping delays

Signed or Personalized Books

All signed or personalized copies are final sale.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment or release. Once shipped or delivered, the sale is final.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase, not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so it can be reviewed.

International Orders

International shipping times and customs fees vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes.
